Plans change — here's how cancellations and rescheduling work with APTO HOME.
Cancelling a Booking
You may cancel a scheduled visit at no charge by informing us at least 4 hours before the appointment via phone or WhatsApp at +91 81971 50149.
Rescheduling
Rescheduling is free and easy — just let us know your preferred new date and time slot and we'll do our best to accommodate it.
Late Cancellations & No-Shows
Cancellations made after a technician has been dispatched, or no-shows at the scheduled time, may incur a nominal visit charge to cover travel and time.
